Steve has many years of experience in apparel and sporting goods equipment, holding positions mainly in IT. Today he holds the position of VP, Head of Global IT at Volcom. Volcom has been acquired by luxury group Kering and has been a part of the luxury group for more than 13 years.

Walter has more than 20 years of experience in product development in the consumer goods industry. He is the former VP of Product Integration at Safariland and former VP of Business Processes at Black Diamond Equipment.

Susan launched AAFA’s international training conference series throughout Asia and built its webinar platform. Before joining AAFA in 1999, she was Principal of Marketing Evolutions, a strategic planning services firm focused on associations and nonprofits. She also served as the Director of Marketing at the International Association of Fire Chiefs and the American Society of Landscape Architects. A graduate of Canisius College, Susan is originally from upstate New York.
